Our Charities Committee Bake Sale Raises £241 for Forget Me Not Hospice!

30th September 2025

Our Charities Committee held a wonderfully successful bake sale this week during break time, raising an incredible £241.15 for the Forget Me Not Hospice.

The hospice provides vital support for families and children across West Yorkshire. They offer tailored care and support as well as a crucial listening ear during difficult times, making the committee’s efforts especially meaningful.

Jubilee Hall was packed over the two break times as pupils and teachers poured in to buy delicious homemade treats. From cookies and brownies to a tempting array of cakes and buns, the selection was certainly a testament to the pupils baking skills and generosity.

A huge thank you goes out to everyone who bought a treat and donated so generously. Your contribution will make a significant difference to the hospice’s work.

The Charities Committee works tirelessly throughout the year to support many hard working and much needed charities, and they really appreciate the generosity you all consistently show. Keep an eye out for their next fundraising event. Make sure to take a look at some of the amazing baking our pupils got up to for the bake sale below!
