Preparing Girls' For Leadership  

Coaching training is provided for students to help them support each other effectively, whether as form sergeants, peer mentors or prefects.

We happily empower and support all Wakefield Girls and education here features our successful, highest achieving alumnae who are ready to share their diverse professional experiences and support as role models. Senior Prefect Team

Perhaps the most highly sought after leadership roles lie within our Senior Prefect Team.  Members of this team are democratically elected and as a result of experiencing many of our leadership opportunities throughout their school life, display and further develop top professional skills prized in the world of work: communication, engagement, problem solving, teamwork and leadership.
