This Tuesday, we were thrilled to welcome our Year 2 children from Pre-Prep to the Junior Section for a morning packed with exciting activities! Designed to help them settle in, the day gave our youngest visitors a fantastic taste of life in the Junior Section before September.

The children jumped into a variety of sessions, from meeting and getting to know their future Year 3 teachers, Mrs Walker, Mrs Oxtoby and Mrs Butterfield, to engaging in lively PE and Games lessons (with dodgeball being a particular hit!). They also showcased their musical talents, exploring different instruments and enjoying fun singing sessions in the music room – a real treat for what awaits them next academic year!

It was truly heartwarming to see our Year 3 students take the Year 2s ‘under their wings,’ ensuring everyone had a wonderful morning of discovery. Friendships blossomed and excitement for new beginnings filled the air. What a brilliant start to their journey in the Junior Section!
