Our Junior Under 11 Choir were delighted to be asked to appear as guest choir with St Austin’s Choir yesterday lunchtime, Tuesday 12th December, as part of the Cathedral Lunchtime Concert Series

The students sang a selection of the Christmas repertoire that they have been working on over this Festive Season before joining with St Austin’s Choir to sing the ever popular Gaudete. The pieces the choir sang included the ever favourite Christmas in 90 Seconds and Skatin’ and Sleighin’.

It was a wonderful heart-warming event, and so exciting to perform to such a packed Cathedral. Thank you to St. Austin’s Choir and Wakefield Cathedral for welcoming us so warmly.
