Our U16 Indoor Hockey squad have competed in the North East Finals this on Monday. We’re super proud of their resilience, commitment to training and effort resulting in a rank of Top 6 in the North East.

The team had a fantastic start with a 4-0 win against Queen Ethelburgas. Well done to goal scorers Libby, Lucia and Molly.  We unfortunately lost 0-1 to Yarm in our second match before drawing 1-1 after a great battle with Hymers. The result in the final group game sadly meant that we finished 3rd in our group so did not progress to the semi-finals. Some fantastic hockey was played throughout the day and the team should all be incredibly proud of the progress they have made this season.

We now look forward to the U18 competition on Wednesday 30th November.
