Specialist in social and emotional development of children and teens Emma Gleadhill joins us on 25th November at 6pm for our next Wakefield Girls’ Matters. In just under an hour Emma will deliver A Crash Course on Conflict, Communication & Connection For Girls & Parents. This session is about empowering girls so they thrive through adolescence and beyond, finding ways to approach and solve problems positively as well as managing emotional situations.
Emma draws on 21 years school experience and postgraduate training in the social and emotional development of young people and psychoanalytic observation study. Emma has been featured extensively in the media: The Times, in interview with Vanessa Feltz and Eddie Nestor on BBC London and Laura McIver on BBC Scotland. She features as the ‘expert’ interviewee on handling conflict in the online teen magazine Betty.me and also a contributor to Marina Fogle’s Podcasts The Parent Hood.
