“I played sport from an early age, representing England in Athletics and Netball, finding Triathlon after I moved to Sydney. I have served as an Officer in the British Army, before several years in the Corporate world working for global multinationals. I enjoy being a role model, especially for women in sport and business, and use my combined experiences to deliver Peak Performance workshops to all industry sectors.”
