Dr Sanna Ahmad Interview

Sanna worked as an interim FY1, between the final year of medicine & foundation year programme, on a COVID-19 ward in Arrowe Park Hospital. She now works in Colorectal Surgery at York Hospital.

“After sixth form, I studied Medicine at the University of Liverpool. In between my fourth and fifth year of Medicine, I took a year out and decided to intercalate at King’s College London. I completed a degree in Global Health, which was a bit of a departure from my core discipline but developed me exponentially both professionally and personally.”
