We believe that leadership can be cultivated through the development of intellect, leadership skills and qualities, and plenty of opportunities to practice.  We encourage our students to think of themselves as leaders and work to support and empower our future female leaders both in our school community and regionally. Preparing For Leadership  

Coaching training is provided for students to help them support each other effectively, whether as form sergeants, peer mentors or prefects.

We happily empower and support.  Education here features our successful, highest achieving alumnae who are ready to share their diverse professional experiences and support as role models. They make up our powHER Panel – another dimension of school life to help our students become who and what they want to be.

Senior Prefect Team

Perhaps the most highly sought after leadership roles lie within our Senior Prefect Team.  Members of this team are democratically elected and as a result of experiencing many of our leadership opportunities throughout their school life, display and further develop top professional skills prized in the world of work: communication, engagement, problem solving, teamwork and leadership.
