We always love celebrating our students and their achievements. With another successful Money Week, highlighted by the Year 6 Tenner Challenge that raised over £600 for charity. The challenge saw students work in teams, using a £10 starting investment to develop a business idea, create a product or service, and market it to their peers. Stalls were set up on Thursday, January 30th, and the teams competed to see who could generate the most profit. The impressive total of £607.53 will be donated to Wakefield Hospice and the Dogs Trust. Students were recognised for their achievements in categories such as highest profit, best sales technique, and most visually appealing product. The challenge provided a valuable opportunity for the students to develop their business and entrepreneurial skills.
