Talented year 11 GCSE music students recently held an informal twilight concert in the unique setting of the Christian Science Church . The event served as a warm-up for their upcoming practical coursework recordings.
A diverse set of musical talent captivated the audience, showcasing a wide range of musical styles. From the delicate sounds of baroque oboe to the romantic melodies of a French ballade, and the vibrant rhythms of a Latin American piano duet, the performance offered something for everyone.
The students impressed with their musicianship and confident stage presence, holding the audience’s attention throughout the short but engaging event. The concert provided a valuable opportunity for the students to perform in a public setting before their crucial coursework recordings. Well done to everybody involved it was a wonderful evening.
