Taking inspiration from Oxford Languages word of the year (which looks a little different to previous years with 2020 not being summed up – more about that here), #WakefieldGirls were invited in assembly today to find their ‘word of the year’ for 2021.

Mrs Ladds, Director of Pastoral Care and Well-being, gave girls a tip: to choose a positive word to encourage their focus upon what they want to accomplish.
