Leadership Opportunities

From Year 3 girls are given the opportunity to become leaders, fostering responsibility and care for others from a young age.

These positions of responsibility take the form of roles such as Form Captain, Games Captain, School Council Representatives, Sports Team Captains, Librarians or Eco Monitors.

They are enthusiastic, fair and organised in their respective roles and set the tone for the whole Junior School by embracing the breadth of school life.

Year 6 girls hold the positions of House Captains, and each term a Head Girl and Deputy Head are appointed.

All these opportunities allow the girls to acquire leadership skills from a young age and learn how to represent the interests of others.

“'Each for all', our school motto, encapsulates our open-hearted and supportive community.”
