Being at the school is as much about making great friends as it is about making academic progress. New children are automatically paired with a Friendship Buddy – a student at the top of the school (in Year 2) who will meet them, show them around and help them settle into life here. Our older pre-prep students are brilliant in the way they welcome new starters and put them at ease.

Developing mutual understanding starts at an early age.

We believe that learning to respect and be tolerant of one another is as important as any lesson learned in the classroom. We work with children to promote friendships, anti-bullying and universal respect throughout the school day and especially at lunch and breaks. We help younger children to resolve friendship issues and learn the rules of each game so everyone can join in and play happily.
