On Monday 17th June we held our Key Stage 1 Sports Day, and our Year 1 and 2 children did us proud! They demonstrated their skills and worked together within their houses to earn points. 

They participated in a carousel of eight different athletic events, including speed bounce, rugby slalom, catching circle, penalty shoot out, hurdles, hockey dribble, standing jump and over/under relay. We then finished with races on the track which created a fantastic atmosphere, with parents proudly cheering on from the sidelines.

Blue House – 369 

Yellow House – 394 

Green House – 396 

Red House – 425 (winners!)

Well done to all the children for their efforts and congratulations to Red house who retained the title of winning house for a second year, earning an impressive 425 points!

Thank you to all parents and staff for their support, and well done to all Year 1 and Year 2 children for their determination and enthusiasm during the afternoon’s events.
