Today marked a heartwarming moment in the QEGS community, as pupils across the school gathered to celebrate Mrs Rogers, who has been a beloved part of the QEGS family for an incredible 23 years.

Although we know there will be more chances to reflect on her impact before she officially waves goodbye at the end of term, this morning’s break time brought an early highlight.

Current and former pupils from her form came together for a special photo, capturing not just a shared memory, but the genuine affection and appreciation so many hold for Mrs Rogers.

It was a wonderful tribute to her dedication, kindness, and lasting influence – and a reminder of how deeply rooted she is in the fabric of QEGS life.
