Wednesday morning saw the first academic mentoring session between our Year 7–10 Radcliffe Scholars and the Sixth Form Academic Scholars.
The Radcliffe Scholars were organised into small groups, each supported by one Sixth Form Scholar. This structure aims to help younger students build meaningful relationships with older peers who can act as aspirational role models and mentors as they progress through school life.
By connecting students across year groups, the mentoring programme provides younger pupils with guidance, encouragement, and inspiration, helping them to develop confidence in their academic journey.
These sessions highlight the positive impact of peer mentoring and the strength of our school community – fostering collaboration, ambition, and support between students of all ages.
