QEGS Rugby enjoyed a fantastic day of success on Tuesday, with both the U15 and U11 teams securing victories in their respective tournaments.
The U15s put in a dominant performance at the Mount St Mary’s College 7s, going unbeaten throughout the tournament and securing six consecutive wins to claim the title. Their teamwork, skill, and determination were evident in every match, making for a well-deserved victory.
Meanwhile, the U11s showcased their talent at the HMC Rugby Tournament, delivering an outstanding display of skill and sportsmanship. The young squad played with great enthusiasm and composure, ultimately emerging as tournament champions.
These victories highlight the depth of rugby talent at QEGS and provide a perfect build-up to the school’s showpiece final, where the 1st XV will take on Harrow in the National Schools’ Cup Final at Allianz Stadium (Twickenham).
