Last week week, the Junior Section enjoyed a double dose of rugby action with the eagerly anticipated inter-house tournaments.
On Thursday, our Year 3 and 4 pupils took to the field for an afternoon of thrilling rugby. The young players showcased their developing skills and teamwork, creating an exciting atmosphere and a fantastic display of talent and determination.
The excitement continued on Friday with the Year 5 and 6 tournament. Each house gave their all in fiercely competitive matches, but it was Bentley who emerged victorious, securing the trophy and earning well-deserved applause for their performance.
Congratulations to all players across both tournaments for their efforts and enthusiasm, and to Bentley for their hard-fought victory! These events demonstrated the teamwork, skill, and sportsmanship that are hallmarks of QEGS rugby.
