On Tuesday 12th December, we were visited by M&M Theatrical Productions, a company that provides theatre productions in schools. They have visited the school many times over the years and their shows are always fantastic – packed with fun, excitement, humour and great music. The shows are specifically written for children and are adapted the the age of the audience, to ensure that the children enjoy an enriching and age-appropriate experience. Their productions also encourage children to read for pleasure, which is something that we are passionate about at Pre-Prep.

The group spent the afternoon in our school hall, putting on two fantastic performances for the children. Our Early Years Foundation Stage children were enthralled as they watched a wonderful performance of ‘Search for Santa’. They were encouraged to participate in this magical show, joining in with songs and rhymes that they were familiar with.

After a quick costume change, the team of actors performed ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ for our Key Stage One children. All the children were fully engaged and showed their appreciation with a huge round of applause.
