To support the busy lives of working parents we offer before and after school care.
Our doors are open from 7.45am Monday to Friday term time. For pupils in Years 3 to 6, the main Junior Section playground is fully supervised from 8.00am, before pupils join their classes at 8.45am for the start of the school day.
Pupils in our Senior Section generally arrive at school in time to meet up with friends in the playground.
After school, senior pupils can wait or study supervised in the library until 5.30pm.
Junior pupils attend ‘Owls After School Club’ where they enjoy supervised activities utilising the computer suite, library, junior hall, play area and playground.
Pupils enjoy a light tea of sandwiches and fruit before being collected by parents any time before 6.00pm. Pupils are able to join OWLS following an after-school activity such as Orchestra, Martial Arts, Football Club or Rugby Squad training.
After school sessions are free of charge to senior pupils and £6.25 up to 4.30pm or £9.35 up to 6pm for Junior pupils.
We offer a school holiday club for the first few weeks of the summer holidays to support our busy parents. The club offers many varied activities and a chance for pupils to socialise and mix.
A new award-winning multi-activity programme is being launched for Summer ’24. The activity camp will be run by the popular holiday club provider, Total Sports, and is open to all children aged 7 to 14 years. Sessions are carefully designed to ensure children are kept active and engaged all day long with 2 choices every hour including music, dance, arts/crafts, pottery, Forest School, archery, swimming and inflatable assault courses!
Camps run from 8am until 4pm Monday to Friday, with the option to extend to 5.30pm. Drop off times are flexible between 8am – 9am. The cost for a standard day is £34.50 and an extended day is £40.50.
