Yesterday, our Junior and Senior Sections celebrated the festive season with their much-anticipated Carol Services at Wakefield Cathedral. The stunning venue provided the perfect setting for an evening filled with music, reflection, and festive cheer.

The service featured an array of memorable performances, including inspiring solos and heartfelt readings delivered by our students. The musical highlights were plentiful, with impressive solo performances that captivated the audience and showcased the exceptional talent of our pupils. The school choirs and musicians also performed a selection of festive pieces, filling the cathedral with the joyous sounds of the season.

Of course, no Carol Service would be complete without the enthusiastic participation of the congregation in singing traditional carols. The sense of unity and holiday spirit was palpable, bringing the school community together in a truly special way.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff and students who contributed to making this event such a resounding success. It was a wonderful reminder of the strength and talent within the QEGS community.
