On Sunday 19th March a team of staff and boys (Ciaran Reeves (Bentley), Zane Tam-McMillan (Cave), James Mckinlay-Smith (Cave), Jamie Nicholls (Bentley), Miss Chatterton (Bentley), Dr Clark (Bentley), Miss Loftus (Cave), Mr Chatterton (Cave) and myself) participated in the Wakefield Hospice 10km with the aim of raising much needed funds for Wakefield Hospice. We couldn’t have asked for a better day; sun shining and a great atmosphere. Targets were set by some – to beat Mr Chatterton, achieve a personal best or to complete the 10km. Well done to everyone for completing the run and a special well-done goes to James McKinlay-Smith for beating Mr Chatterton, with a sub 40min time. Should you wish to add to the sponsorship of this event (currently at £310), please follow the link to the JustGiving page.
