To bring their studies on habitats and biological adaptations to life, pupils were treated to a visit from a variety of extraordinary animals.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">The atmosphere was a mix of awe and bravery as pupils had the opportunity to handle everything from snakes and turtles to a surprisingly heavy tarantula. For those preferring something a little furrier, a mischievous guinea pig was also on hand to steal the show.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">This immersive experience allowed pupils to consolidate their scientific knowledge, observing first-hand how different species have evolved to survive in their natural environments.
