From the very start, they demonstrated impressive creativity and initiative - developing products and services, considering costs and profit margins, and thinking carefully about how to market their ideas. The challenge encouraged pupils to apply their mathematical understanding in real-world contexts while also developing teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"1196\">Teams presented their ideas to a panel of \u2018Dragons\u2019, delivering confident and well-prepared pitches that showcased not only their business concepts but also their growing confidence and presentation skills. The quality of ideas and the professionalism shown throughout the pitching process were a credit to all involved.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1488\">We were delighted to welcome Claire Young, former The Apprentice finalist and successful entrepreneur, who shared her experiences of business and enterprise with the pupils. Her visit proved hugely inspiring and gave pupils valuable insight into entrepreneurship beyond the classroom.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1710\">The challenge culminated in pupils running their own stalls and selling their products to their peers. All profits raised were donated to charity, reinforcing the importance of social responsibility alongside enterprise.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1949\">The Tenner Challenge proved to be a fantastic real-world learning experience, bringing together maths, communication and enterprise skills in an engaging and memorable way.
