The sun was shining, the weather was warm, and the excitement was high from the moment we stepped off the train.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There were some incredible matches to watch. Livvy said, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cMy favourite part of Wimbledon 2025 was watching Ben Shelton vs Alex Bolt battle to see who won on Court 2. Shelton won and one of his powerful shots nearly hit the umpire! It was a close miss!\u201d<\/span><\/i>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lots of students loved seeing the British players in action too. Evie told us, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI had the best experience \u2013 I enjoyed watching the British players on Court 12 (Dan Evans and Jay Clark),\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and Lauren added, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWe had the best time! I enjoyed watching the players battle it out on Court 12! I think we even made it on TV!\u201d<\/span><\/i>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Even though the queue for strawberries and cream was a bit too long, that didn\u2019t spoil the fun. Imogen said, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cToday was a once in a lifetime opportunity \u2013 unfortunately the queue for strawberries and cream was too long but we did get to spend time in the shop buying souvenirs!\u201d<\/span><\/i>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There were so many \u201cwow\u201d moments throughout the day. Layla said, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cMy Wimbledon 2025 experience was one of the best times I've ever had! One of the serves was 147mph! The players hit the balls so hard!\u201d<\/span><\/i>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Some of the highlights weren\u2019t even on court \u2013 just being at Wimbledon was magical. Amelia said, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cToday was a dream come true \u2013 we saw amazing players in the most beautiful place \u2013 the flowers were very nice! This trip was totally unforgettable.\u201d<\/span><\/i>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Travelling with friends made the day even more special. Poppy said, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cToday was a day like no other. Getting on the train and the tube with my friends was a very special experience. We watched world-class tennis and made memories to last a lifetime.\u201d<\/span><\/i>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">And Edith summed it all up perfectly: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cMy dream day at Wimbledon. The atmosphere was like nothing I'd ever experienced \u2013 the crowds were ecstatic, the players were inspirational, the silence, the hawk-eye, clapping \u2013 I enjoyed every moment.\u201d<\/span><\/i>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A warm, sunny day at one of the world\u2019s most famous sporting events \u2013 what more could we ask for?
