Girls in Maths Day was specifically designed for Year 11 girls who are interested in pursuing Mathematics or Mathematical Sciences at prestigious universities. This event allowed budding mathematicians to explore challenging mathematical concepts that would support their studies and enhance their university applications.<\/span><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"fsu5g\" data-offset-key=\"am0j8-0-0\">\r\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"am0j8-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"am0j8-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"fsu5g\" data-offset-key=\"7drh2-0-0\">\r\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"7drh2-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"7drh2-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"7drh2-0-0\">The day commenced with the intriguing question, \"Why is Maths so powerful?\" Following this, students engaged in an interactive taster lesson on differentiation and its real-life applications.
