The girls were given a fascinating tour of the synagogue, gaining a deeper understanding of its significance as not only a place of worship, but also a space for learning and community support. They had the opportunity to explore and reflect on key items in the Jewish faith, including the tallit, worn during prayer, as well as the menorah and the Star of David. It was inspiring to see the girls so engaged and asking thoughtful, insightful questions throughout the visit. A particular highlight was the chance to examine a beautifully preserved 250-year-old scroll and participate in a hands-on activity to create their very own miniature version. We are incredibly proud of how the girls embraced this valuable learning opportunity.
