The theme of the week was to celebrate individuality and to encourage students to \"choose respect\" in their interactions with others.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The week kicked off with a workshop on the Zones of Regulation, a program designed to help students understand and self-regulate their emotions. Through engaging activities, students learned how to identify their feelings and categorise them into different emotional zones. They explored practical strategies for managing their emotions and transitioning between zones, allowing them to better navigate their feelings and improve emotional awareness.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the Junior Section, Year 5 and 6 girls participated in a workshop focused on the \u2018Girls on Board\u2019 friendship strategy. This program, aimed at girls aged eight to eighteen, teaches them how to handle friendship challenges independently. The workshop included a variety of activities that helped the girls recognize different types of behaviour within friendship groups and understand how to address common friendship issues.
