and science roots are established early. This week, as we celebrate Science Week, our Junior students have been sharing their inspiring science projects about trailblazing female scientists.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Last month, in preparation, Mrs Butterfield delivered an inspiring assembly focussing on trailblazing Women in Science, illuminating the stories of powerhouses such as Katherine Johnson, Valentina Tereshkova, Jane Goodall and Maria Sibylla Merian.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Since then our Junior students have been busily involved in a personal project all about Women in Science. Junior participants have been researching and preparing to present a poster, studying an inspirational Woman in Science.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There have been a range of brilliant entries, researching women in industries such as: astronomy, engineering, and medicine.
