Our Pathways To Success programme cultivates a deeper understanding and helps prepare students ready for life beyond school.\u00a0 It aids their transition to empowered and engaged leaders ready to make a positive impact in society.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One key element of the Pathways to Success programme are careers workshops. The workshops run in collaboration with Wakefield Girls\u2019 and Bossed Consulting Careers. The workshops are built to engage with all senior students at different stages as they progress throughout their school year and\u00a0 combine a person-centred approach with a variety of self-reflection tools, so our students are empowered to make confident and conscious decisions.
