Divided into teams, the girl had an action packed afternoon with a night line challenge followed by a pole climb and high ropes course.\u00a0 The following day, our students became raft builders with a challenge to collaborate effectively to create rafts that would stay afloat and keep them dry.\u00a0 We're pleased to say no-one was soaked !\u00a0 Year 5 remained out at the coast, traversing and climbing the cliffs of Humphrey Head as well as miniature caving and searching for creatures at Bardsea Bay.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nTwo of our students shared their reflections on their trip:\r\n<div><span id=\"m_-1528676476587858490gmail-docs-internal-guid-ed78f040-7fff-7ab9-c887-396d02008818\">We moved on to climbing, which I found very challenging. I have a fear of heights so I was really alarmed by this imposing rockface in front of me. I surprised myself though by climbing the whole way (with a little bit of help from the instructor and my teacher, Mr Bray). I felt very proud of myself; even though I was scared, I got through it.<\/span><\/div>\r\n<div>- Dabira<\/div>\r\n<div><\/div>\r\n<div>The last activity my group did was raft building, it was the best part of the trip and very exciting. Once we had built our raft, we had a few practice runs out on the river and then it was competition time. We raced to one end of the river and then back again...and my team WON!
