Forest School, Robotics & Creative day

(Suitable for girls in Year 3 interested in a place in our Junior section)

Join us for a stimulating and fun filled day, starting with a morning of al fresco learning in our Forest School, then make a pizza for lunch in our Owls Den before spending an imaginative afternoon exploring the fascinating world of robotics.

A Festival of Sports

Friday 12 November

(Suitable for girls in Year 5 interested in a place in Year 6 2022 or Year 7 2023)

Enjoy a fun Festival of Sports featuring traditional, creative and team games, dance and indoor cricket, meet fellow sports enthusiasts and chat with students who compete at an elite level. Throughout the day, students will learn how to tackle a sports-related project and work together as a team to achieve a common goal.

STEM: Fire Writing & Rocket Building

Thursday 4 November

Join us for an action-packed day of exciting exploratory challenges in STEM subjects Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Design and Technology. Participate in hands-on projects and activities, problem-solving, creating and working as a team in the roles of engineer, scientist and mathematician.

Food & Nutrition: A Taste of Wakefield Girls

Friday 5 February

(Suitable for girls in Year 5 interested in a place in Year 6 2022 or Year 7 2023)

Join Mrs Oldale, our Head of Food & Nutrition, for a practical hands-on food prep session peppered with nutritional info and food science theory. You’ll take away culinary skills, any dishes you make, plus recipes you can enjoy again and again.
