Action Aid's Big Me Day

Today, all the girls right from Reception all the way up to Year 6 have celebrated Big Me Day, in support of the charity ActionAid.

ActionAid's top priority is to end the inequality that keeps women and girls locked in poverty, and to restore the rights denied to them from birth - a fantastic charity which operates all around the world.

Big Me Day is the opportunity to come to school dressed as whatever or whoever you'd like to be when you're a grown up!

As always, there have been lots of fantastic ideas! Everything from doctors and farmers to explorers and undercover spies!

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed dressing up for such a fabulous cause, a lovely way to end the half term!
