That\u2019s why we place as much emphasis on pastoral care as we do on academic achievement, ensuring every pupil feels safe, supported and known as an individual.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are proud to have dedicated safeguarding and pastoral teams in place at every stage of school life, from our youngest pupils in the Preparatory Section to those preparing for university in the Sixth Form.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each school has its own Designated Safeguarding Leads, supported by a wider network of trained staff who are always on hand to offer support and guidance. Whether it\u2019s a matter of emotional wellbeing, friendship challenges, mental health, or safeguarding, our teams are proactive in identifying needs early, listening to pupils, and taking swift, appropriate action to provide support.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We work to the principle that children must receive the right support at the right time, with clear communication, record keeping, and professional curiosity at the heart of our approach. Pupils are encouraged to speak up, knowing they will be listened to with care and discretion. Staff are equally empowered to challenge inaction and escalate concerns when needed.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parents are always welcome to raise any concerns with their child\u2019s Form Tutor or any member of staff, who will promptly involve our safeguarding teams if required.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beyond our formal safeguarding structures, pastoral care is embedded in the everyday fabric of school life; through house systems, form time, mentoring, assemblies, and dedicated wellbeing resources.
