Older pupils are great role models. Class sizes are quite small and teachers have a lot more time to spend 1 to 1 with the pupils. Teachers are backed up by Teaching Assistants. When we visited Queen Elizabeth's, it was clear that this was everything we were looking for in a school. I love the fact that there is something for every child, so many clubs, awards and leadership roles so that every child has an opportunity to shine. The children's achievements in and out of school are celebrated and there is a real mix of children with different interests. Our son\u2019s speech and reading skills have come along leaps and bounds since he started in FS1, helped by the school\u2019s strong focus on reading and recommendations for books.\r\n \r\nWhat is special about WGPPS is that the pre-school is fully integrated into the foundation. Our son wears the same uniform as the rest of the school and has a timetable with both formal learning and hands-on activities, preparing him well for the move to FS2 next year.
