Our alumni provided invaluable perspectives across a wide range of industries\u2014from engineering and finance to creative sectors and technology.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">By sharing their personal journeys, these guest speakers helped demystify the apprenticeship process, explaining how they balance high-level work experience with continued study, and the unique advantages of \"learning while earning.\"<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">While the event was primarily aimed at students in Years 10, 11, and 12, it was fantastic to see a broad range of year groups in attendance. For many students considering their next steps after Year 13, the evening provided a clear, practical look at how apprenticeships can lead to prestigious careers and degree-level qualifications.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">The Foundation\u2019s InSight evenings are designed to do more than just provide information; they are about opening doors and sparking ambition. Seeing our current students engage so thoughtfully with our alumni demonstrates the strength of the Foundation community and the value of mentorship in shaping future careers.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">As apprenticeships continue to grow in popularity and prestige, events like these ensure our students are well-equipped to make informed decisions about their futures.
