Francesca offered a fascinating perspective on the mental frameworks that drive elite performance, specifically focusing on the power of a Growth Mindset.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">While Francesca\u2019s expertise lies in sport, the seminar highlighted a crucial message for our students: the principles of high performance are universal. The strategies used by top athletes to overcome setbacks and achieve their goals are just as applicable to academic rigour, revision, and personal development.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">The session challenged scholars to view intelligence and ability not as fixed traits, but as qualities that can be developed through dedication and resilience.
