Our cricket squads have made a strong start to the season, delivering impressive performances across the board in their weekend fixtures against Pocklington. From the seasoned 1st XI to the eager U12s, each team showcased excellent skill and teamwork on the field, living up to the true spirit of the game.

On Friday, our U12s delivered a particularly professional performance, progressing to the next round of the cup in style. Their focused approach and tactical brilliance ensured they were able to move forward in the competition with confidence.

Looking ahead, the 1st XI are gearing up for their National Cup journey, with their first match taking place at Ampleforth on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the U15s are set to take on Trinity Academy in what promises to be an exciting fixture.

Our Junior Section will also be in action, as they begin their season with a block fixture against St Peter’s York. The Senior teams aren’t far behind, as they prepare for their upcoming match against Hymers. We’re looking forward to seeing more thrilling cricket action from all our teams this week!
