GCSE Results

Another strong year for QEGS, with a fantastic total of 26 boys receiving straight A*/A grades, with our A*/A performance extremely high compared to national statistics for boys' performance.

David Craig, Headmaster Many congratulations to our multi-talented Year 11s who have produced strong GCSE results today. Two thirds were graded A*/A which contrasts to what seems to be happening nationally and is some four times higher than this UK benchmark for boys. We enjoyed celebrating with boys, parents and the occasional grandparent this morning! Of course, it’s back to the grind stone the week after next and these results will set them up nicely for the challenges ahead.”
