For the first two weeks of the school Summer holidays QEGS Junior School operates its own very popular Summer Holiday Clubs entertaining boys from Reception to Year 6.
As a Foundation, we are delighted to endorse and be hosting the following Summer Camps over the course of the summer, all of whom bring specialism, entertainment and fun to attendees from not only our schools but the much wider community.
Led by Sri Lankan first-class cricketer and Yorkshire CC 2XI Assistant Coach Tharindu Perera, CCA summer camps are action packed days full of cricketing fun and skill development which help to bring out the very best in every young cricketer (age 6-13 yrs). Covering batting, bowling and fielding, players will develop new skills, perfect existing skills and make new friends in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. Guest Sri Lankan International Cricket Stars this summer will include Jeevan Mendis, Mahela Udawatte and Ashan Priyanjan and players will have the chance to win signed cricket bats by the Champions Trophy 2017 Sri Lankan team and legendary Lasith Malinga.
