Science week in Centenary House!

Across the Junior School and Centenary House boys have been enjoying a week filled with science activities.

To start the week Centenary House took part in some health workshops learning everything from what a balanced meal is to what is inside the human body. Matron then talked to the boys about their health, showing them how blood pressure is taken and what a stethoscope does.

There was of course plenty of running around and exercise to be done throughout the week too! The boys took part in circuit training, football, skipping and street dance - so they were ready for some calming yoga with Ms Anderton on Wednesday. A particular highlight for our boys was being taught some PE from Y10 QEGS boys. They learnt all about how to warm up properly and then practiced their football skills by dribbling, passing and scoring!

What a busy week it has been for our boys learning all about science!
