In Kind Giving

There are many ways in which our alumni, friends and parents can help our pupils through gifts of expertise or time.  We value this in kind support, which greatly adds to the life of the Foundation.

Careers Support

If you can help the by providing careers advice or work placements please contact the Development Office.

Giving Back

Old Savilians and Old Girls go on from the Foundation Schools and embark on many different careers around the globe.  The Development team are keen for current students to learn from the educational journey, practical knowledge and experience of our wider community.  If you would like to discuss how you could be part of our Giving Back programme, please contact Lizzie Hulme, Development Officer.

Gifts in Kind

If you own a business you may be able to help the Foundation by donating goods or services.

Musical Instruments

Many young people get great pleasure from playing musical instruments while at school.  They may continue to play at University, and hopefully beyond.  Regrettably, over time, making music often gets pushed out of people’s lives and their instruments, carefully boxed, remain unused and forgotten in attics or in the back of wardrobes.

If you have an instrument, whether woodwind, brass or string, that you are no longer using, and would like to pass on to the next generation of musicians here at Wakefield we would love to hear from you.

We don’t mind if the instrument needs a little TLC, all we ask is that you would like to see it used again by a current pupil.

For more information please contact Development Officer, Lizzie Hulme.

Archives

We are always keen to receive donations of Wakefield and School memorabilia to our archives.  For more information please contact Development Officer, Lizzie Hulme.
