Support for Girls with Medical Needs

Health care plans for individual girls with specific medical conditions, are developed by the School Nurse with parents support (i.e. diabetes, anaphylaxis, asthma, epilepsy.)

It is the responsibility of parents to keep us up to date with changes.

Medication such as Epipen and inhalers should be carried by the girls. Parents should ensure these are in date.

Information regarding girls' needs is made available, as deemed necessary, by the School Nurse/parents, to staff in order to optimise their wellbeing. This can be found in a folder in the staff room. Members of staff are reminded that any information provided is confidential.
